Tank Style Engine Preheaters

HOTSTART tank style engine heaters maintain an engine’s operating temperature during downtime and serve as an excellent cold weather or emergency starting aid while eliminating needless idling. Hotstart heaters meet heating requirements for a wide range of engine sizes and applications. Designed to circulate heated coolant through the entire engine block, HOTSTART engine heaters provide even heat distribution resulting in reduced engine wear, quick start-ups and reduced emissions.

Small Tank Style Heaters

This high-impact plastic tank heater offers exceptional tensile strength and resists corrosion. The compact design is ideal for locations that require minimal mounting space. Thermostatically controlled and designed for efficient heating, this model is available from 500 watt to 2000 watt for engines of 150 CID to 700 CID.

This simple to install and very lightweight, the HOTSTART TPS engine preheater features a built-in thermostat and heats engines up to 12L displacement. Thermosiphon circulation of the coolant delivers heat throughout the entire engine.

The TPS engine preheater is designed to preheat diesel and gas engines in genset, heavy duty mobile equipment, marine and industrial applications
