Field Services and Rates

Industrial Equipment Company can provide a qualified service representative for on-site services, including installation, startup, calibration, preventive maintenance and repair of equipment, and for operator and maintenance training, and for other assistance as needed.

 Service scheduling normally requires advance lead times of 10 business days.  Field service at short lead time (i.e., emergency) can be provided at additional cost.

SCHEDULE OF CHARGES:

             ON-SITE TIME:        Monday-Friday          $110.00/hour for the first 8 hours.

After hours rate is $165.00 / hour.

                                              Saturday, Sunday         $220.00/hour for all hours.

                    *Travel and standby time is charged at the same rate as on-site time.

            Mileage is charged at $0.65/mile, portal to portal.  Rental cars may be used when that reduces costs.

EMERGENCY SERVICE:      Service at short notice can be provided, at weekend/holiday rates.

EXPENSES:

            Expenses incurred by the field representative in connection with the service are billed at cost.  This includes all travel and lodging expenses as well as meals and other items incidental to the service.  The cost of rental cars and their operation is also billed at cost.

SERVICE CONTRACTS:
